Shannon M. Casati, PTA
This is my second career as a PT assistant. Before therapy, I was a professional classical ballet dancer for 10 years. Having been an athlete, the function and healing of the body was a natural field of study for me. In addition to becoming a PT assistant, I have been teaching & taking Pilates for over 23 years.
I am also very active in my professional community, giving lectures for the Texas Physical Therapy Association and the PTA program at ACC among others.
I returned to Reavis Rehab, having done my first affiliation in school here, after working as a spine specialist for a year and a half.
When not in the gym, you'll probably find me sailing on lake Travis, soaking up the calm and relaxation the wind and water have to offer.
