We have a family oriented clinic with a loving staff that takes an intense interest in their patient’s well-being. You will have opportunities to find new and better ways for therapists to help the Central Texas area.

We are looking for an OTR, SLP, and a PT who enjoys working with both pediatrics and adults. Our therapists must have effective time management and organizational skills, and be team leaders with strong supervisory skills of therapy assistants. We are particularly seeking new team members who are bilingual and have pediatric experience. Familiarity with Aquatic therapies is a plus.

The ideal candidate would be creative, flexible, and have a desire to help grow our programs. We’re looking for teammates who will take initiative and work independently. That means we provide lots of opportunities to apply your preferred styles of effective therapies.

A current License to practice in Texas is required.

We are a family owned clinic that provides Aquatic, Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy. Our Clinic has a dynamic, fun atmosphere providing one-on-one treatment. We have adult & pediatric gyms for treatment (including SI) and co-treating with PT, ST, and OT disciplines.

We offer a competitive salary based on experience. We offer incentive pay for bi-lingual therapists (Spanish). Donna Brath-Sowell, PT

What can I say, I Love my Career! I have been a Physical Therapist for over 30 years. I was born and lived in New York until I was 16 years old. My Dad was transferred to Houston, Texas in 1970. I finished High School in Houston and then went to UT in Austin. I continued my education at UT Health Science Center in Dallas for P.T. School and graduated in 1976. I have worked in Houston, Richmond, Round Rock, and Austin.
I began my career at Methodist Hospital in Houston. I was given the position to handle all the Pro-Athletes that were admitted from the Astros, Oilers, and Aeros. What a GREAT Job that was, but then I was given an opportunity that led to my ‘true calling’. I started working with Handicapped Children. I have also worked in an Orthopedic Doctors Clinic, at a State School (where I started a Hippotherapy Program, horseback riding therapy), in Outpatient Clinics, and even taught at Austin Community College for the PTA Program. I have worked at Reavis Rehab for almost 5 years now. Reavis Rehab Clinic has shown me that there are still caring people out in the world. It’s a Family run business and they ‘Care’ about each and every Patient, like they are “Family.” All of the Staff are well educated, professional, and very caring individuals. At Reavis Rehab, I am able to continue with providing therapy to Children and Adults on land and in my favorite place, the ‘Water’. And when I’m not at the Clinic, I enjoy traveling, especially to beaches and scuba diving.
